If like me you have played Mario Kart Tour since it was released, you have noticed a big flaw. The mobile version of Nintendo's popular racing game had no multiplayer mode.
Although in beta, multiplayer mode is now finally available. The big problem is that it was only made available to players who have Gold Pass. This means that at least for now you will have to pay 4, 99 euros to try it out.
Final version of multiplayer mode will be available to everyone
Although for now this mode is limited to Gold Pass players, you shouldn't worry. As soon as any issues are fixed and the final version of this mode is released, it will surely be available to all players.
Remember that the Gold Pass model didn't reap many fans from the start. This blocks some of the game modes, the most popular being its fastest mode of 200 cc.
The game warns players that any progress made during the beta phase may not be recorded. In addition, your device may heat up and the battery may discharge faster than normal during the test.
The fact of the matter is that the great attraction of Mario Kart for many players is that it can sit down and race with friends and family, and send them red shells. Hopefully this will soon be possible on mobile without having to pay a monthly fee.
