Today Bloomberg published an article with new official information on the lineup of the iPhone 2018, which confirms some rumours that were rumoured earlier.
The article says that the new iPhone will be an "s" update. This means that the main changes in the 5.8-inch iPhone X and 6.5-inch iPhone X Plus will be speed and camera.
According to sources, Apple will save big changes for the line of 2019. Update "s" disappoint many users who expected from Apple something new.
Nevertheless, none of the three models will have a completely new design, as it was with the iPhone X last year or with the iPhone 6 in 2014. This means that smartphones will remain the same design, but the content will be updated. We will receive more new only next year.
iPhone X Plus will be the main in the line 2018. The cost of the basic model is 999 dollars. The smartphone will have a massive 6.5-inch OLED display in the case like the iPhone 7/8 Plus. Differ from the other two models, it will support the technology of "split-screen".
As for the 5.8-inch iPhone X, it will have a more powerful content and an improved camera. In some countries, these two models will support two SIM cards.
In the lineup, there will be a budget 6.1-inch LCD iPhone. All three models will have the same design as the current iPhone X, but several compromises will be applied to the LCD iPhone to achieve a lower price. Among them, aluminum frames and LCD-display.
